I find it very hard to break old habits and put new, healthier ones in place but these new ones seem to be sticking and its wonderful. Thank you for teaching me patience. It has made a world of difference.


Hannah really helped change my mindset during a difficult time. I was being made redundant from my place of work and with her help and coaching I was able to get through a really stressful period and come out the other side more successful and ultimately happier in who I am as a person.


I have found Hannah to be very easy to deal with and her meditation sessions have been extremely helpful during this time especially someone like me who suffers with anxiety and mental health issues. Once again, thank you so much Hannah and may you continue to thrive and serve your clients.


Hannah has been a godsend at helping me recently just knowing she is there in the background if needed has been amazing. I recently have done a 3 week mini course with Hannah and she is very calming and made me feel at ease without losing the fun of life highly recommend!


I recently attended a 3 week Mindfulness program delivered by Hannah and I can’t thank her enough. I am sleeping better and have adopted a number of activities that have really helped with my ability to focus and remain calm.


Had an amazing experience working with Hannah informal and relaxed yet very professional at all times. the advice and the learning curves I have undertaken have been massively helpful and found Hannah's help to be very wide ranged and applicable to anything I wanted to improve on.
